The Lead ArchitectFOSTER+PARTNERS was founded by Norman Foster in 1967 and since then they have redefined skylines around the world, literally changing the vocabulary of contemporary architecture. They have created extraordinary landmarks, among them Wembley Stadium, 30 St Mary Axe; the British Museum’s Great Court, The Hearst Tower, Hong Kong International Airport; and they recreate them, as with Berlin’s historic Reichstag. Their revolutionary design for Faena House continues a collaboration that began in Buenos Aires with Faena District’s acclaimed residence, The Aleph, which was the epiphany moment of indoor/outdoor living, a concept that Faena House brings to full realization. No building has ever been more in harmony with the beach, the sky and the sea.

| | The CraftsmenTHE MOLTENI GROUP was founded by Italian craftsmen in 1934. Molteni has evolved into several divisions, including an international design leader in custom kitchens with Molteni & C and exquisite furniture with Molteni Dada. They have built their reputation on superlative quality, the technical aspects of which are often invisible. Their practice has always involved close collaboration with great architectural minds—Jean Nouvel, Aldo Rossi, Pier Luigi Cerri, and the Scarpas, among others. Molteni & C continues this tradition at Faena House by collaborating with Foster+Partners for the first time in Miami to create custom designed kitchens, offering the exacting standards of quality and craftsmanship in Italy.
